阿托品对扣带回前部内脏痛觉诱发反应的影响

摘    要:目的观察阿托品对扣带回前部神经元内脏痛觉诱发反应的影响,从神经元水平探讨扣带回前部神经元在内脏痛觉感受中的作用及其机制。方法采用伤害性电刺激内脏大神经作为内脏痛模型。应用在体玻璃微电极细胞内电位记录技术,及侧脑室微量注射技术。结果共记录扣带回前部148个神经元的内脏痛觉诱发反应。该诱发反应具有反应阈值高、潜伏期长、反应形式复杂、后作用时间长、可被静脉注射吗啡抑制等特点。侧脑室注射阿托品抑制扣带回前部神经元内脏痛觉诱发反应。结论扣带回前部神经元参与内脏痛觉感受。在内脏大神经传导的内脏痛觉冲动到达扣带回前部神经元的传入通路中存有胆碱能神经元,并通过M受体起作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of visceral nociceptive sensation of neurons in anterior cingulate gyrus(ACG) on the cell level and the effect of atropine on visceral nociceptive evoked responses of ACG neurons to stimulating contralateral greater splanchnic nerve(GSN).Methods Electrically stimulating GSN was used as an experimental model of visceral pain.Intracellular recording technique of glass microelectrode and technique of intralateroventricular microinjection were used.Results Visceral nociceptive evoked responses of 148 neurons in ACG to stimulating contralateral GSN were recorded.The evoked responses have the specificities with higher threshold,longer latency,complex reactive patterns,and being inhibited by the action of morphine.In addition,the evoked responses could be inhibited by intralateroventricular microinjection of atropine.Conclusions The results indicate that neurons in ACG are involved in visceral pain perception.In the pathway of visceral nociceptive impulses ascending from GSN to ACG,some neurons might contain acetylcholine,and have Mreceptor.
