| 摘 要： | 目的探讨霉菌性上颌窦炎的临床及CT特征性表现。方法回顾性分析28例经手术病理证实的霉菌性上颌窦炎的CT及临床表现。结果本组患者霉菌性上颌窦炎的临床表现是以涕血为特征。常规CT扫描证实，病变仅发生于一侧，上颌窦腔内不均匀性软组织密度影，伴有砂粒状钙化（15）、环形钙化（6）、团块状钙化（5）；局限性骨质破坏及增生。结论霉菌性上颌寞炎临床表现特征性明显，CT有特异性表现，常规CT对该病诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical and CT findings of mycotic maxillary sinusitis （MMS）.Methods Tile clinical and CT findings of 28 patients with surgically and pathologically proved MMS were analyzed retrospeetively.Results The elinieal manitestaions of MMS in tiae group patients were characterized by hemorrhagic nasal discharge.Conventional CT scans demonstrated that,all patients whose MMS were unilateral lesion, non-homogeneous soft tissue shadows filled into maxillary sinus cavities and associated with granular ealcification（n=15）,circular calcification（n=6）,massive calcifieation（n=5）,and local bone destruction and prolit）eration.Conclusion MMS has obviously clinical characteristics and CT features,while conventional CT scanning has imoportant value 1o diagnose this disease. |
