脐带绕颈对新生儿的影响

目的探讨脐带绕颈对新生儿的影响。方法选择本院2007年7月-2008年7月脐带绕颈546例进行回顾性分析，比较脐带绕颈周数、不同分娩方式及脐带绕颈等因素对新生儿的影响。结果脐带绕颈周数各组之间有显著性意义（P〈0．01）不同分娩方式与新生儿Apgar有明显关系；脐带绕颈导致新生儿窒息率为13．01％，HIE为4．95％，死亡率为0．52％。结论脐带绕颈会明显增加新生儿窒息及死亡的发生率，绕颈周数越多影响越大，不同分娩方式对新生儿也有很大影响。

Effect of umbilical cord entangle neck on neonate

Objective It is to explore the effect of umbilical cord entangle neck on neonate.Methods 546 clinical records were retrospectively analysed to discuss the effect of Delivery mode,the oecurrence of neck around neck and the circle number of the cord around neck on infant.Results There were significant differences among the groups of different circle number of cord entanglement(P＜0.01).Significant correlation was found between the delivery mode and the neonate's Apgar score.Incidence of asphyxia,HIE and death of neonates caused by cord entanglement were 13.01%,4.95% and 0.52% respectively.Conclusions Umbilical cord entangle neck increases the incidence of asphyxia and death among neonates;the more circles the cord entangles the more the effect could it bring;delivery modes also have a grate influence on the neonates.
