摘    要:目的探讨前列腺炎性疼痛与脊髓星形胶质细胞活化的关系.方法用CFA刺激S-D大鼠前列腺,对不同时间段大鼠相应脊髓节段(L6和S1)的星形胶质细胞活化进行检测.结果 CFA刺激大鼠前列腺后3、10、28 d,L6-S1脊髓背角浅层和深层星形胶质细胞的活化与对照组相比均显著增加,其中3 d时已显著增强,10 d时达到高峰,28 d时活化减少,但仍显著高于对照组.结论 CFA刺激大鼠前列腺引起前列腺炎性疼痛,导致了相应节段L6-S1脊髓背角星形胶质细胞的激活;显示星形胶质细胞活化在前列腺炎性疼痛的神经病理过程可能发挥了重要作用,其详细的分子机制值得进一步深入研究.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between pain from prostatic inflammation and activation of astroglia in the spinal cord.Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were chosen(n=6 in each group).The activation of astroglia in the spinal cord was detected with immunofluorescence chemistry after CFA irritation of the prostate in rats on day 3,10,28(physical saline for control group).Results Activation of asroglia was significantly increased in deeper laminae and superficial laminae of the dorsal horn of L6-S1 spinal cord on day 3,10,28 after CFA irritation of the prostate,and the most obvious activation occurred on day 10.Conclusion The activation of astroglia in the spinal cord may play an important role in the neuropathological process of the pain of prostatic inflammation.The molecular mechanism should be further explored.
