皮肤保护膜用于PICC导管固定的随机对照试验

目的探讨皮肤保护膜对PICC穿刺皮肤的保护及对导管的固定作用。方法将192例接受PICC穿刺的病人随机分为试验组（n=96）和对照组（n=96）,试验组使用康乐保皮肤保护膜涂抹在穿刺局部周围皮肤上,再贴上3M透明敷料;对照组只使用3M透明敷料固定PICC导管。观察并比较两组皮肤不良反应的发生情况及敷贴粘贴的时间。结果试验组出现2例皮肤不良反应（2．1％）,对照组出现18例皮肤不良反应（18．8％）,组间比较,差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。在提前更换敷贴方面,试验组也显著低于对照组（5例vs23例,P〈0．05）。结论康乐保皮肤保护膜提高了皮肤对敷贴的耐受程度,避免了皮肤损伤,延长了敷贴粘贴时间。

Study of skin barrier in patients with PICC lines

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the roles of Coloplast skin barrier in skin protection and PICC line fixation. Methods 192 patients with PICC line were randomized into study group （n=96） and control group （n= 96）. In study group, before fixing catheters with 3M Transparent Dressing, we smeared skin with skin barrier around insertion site. While in control group, catheters were fixed with 3m hyaline membranes only. Skin complications around insertion site and stickup time of dressings were observed and compared. Results There were 2 cases skin complications in study group （2.1 %） and 18 cases in control group （18.8 %）. The times of additional dressings change in study group were statistically lower that in control group. Conclusions Skin barrier decreases skin destruction, prolongs time of catheters fixing and enhances tolerance of skin to dressings.
