| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃癌行保留贲门的全胃切除术对手术后返流性食管炎的发生及并发症对生活质量的影响。方法：对40例胃癌需行全胃切除而采用保留贲门之患者进行随访分析。结果：40例患者中，均无术后并发症发生，38例无返流性食管炎。1年生存率85％，3年生存率50％，5年生存率25％，术后生活质量满意。结论：本术式是一种安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study gastric carcinoma postoperatively with kept cardia for total gastrectomy, KCTG returned esophagitis and postoperative complications that influenced the quality of life. Methods: Analysis of 40 cases follow - up gastric carcinoma postoperatively. Results: The 40 pacients had no postoperative complications, 38 cases had not returned with KCTG esophagitis. The 1 - , 3 - , 5 - year survival rates were 85% , 50% and 25% . Patients quality of life was satisfactory.Conclu-sion: The operation is safe and the methods effective. |
