BAG-1和VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨BAG-1和VEGF在乳腺癌组织中表达，以及它们与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学（Elivision^TM plus）方法对40例乳腺癌组织与20例乳腺良性病变组织（乳腺纤维瘤及乳腺囊性增生病各10例）中BAG-1和VEGF的表达进行检测。结果BAG-1在乳腺癌和乳腺良性病变组织中的阳性表达率分别是77．5％（31／40）、15．0％（3／20）；VEGF在乳腺癌和乳腺良性病变组织中的阳性表达率分别是82．5％（33／40）、35．0％（7／20）。乳腺良、恶性病变组织中BAG-1和VEGF的阳性表达率比较，均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。BAG-1和VEGF的表达与乳腺癌的组织学类型、临床分期、雌激素受体、孕激素受体无关（P〉005），但与腋窝淋巴结转移相关（P〈005）。结论BAG-1和VEGF参与了乳腺癌的发生发展过程，两者可以作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的参考指标。

Expression of BAG-1 and VEGF and its Significance in Breast Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 athanogene-1(BAG-1) and vascular endothelical growth factor(VEGF) in breast carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological characters.Methods The expression of BAG-1 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical(ElivisionTM plus) technique in 40 cases of breast carcinoma and 20 cases of benign breast diseases.Results The positive expression rate of BAG-1 and VEGF were 77.5%(31/40) and 82.5%(33/40) in breast carcinoma and 15.0%(3/20) and 35.0%(7/20) in benign breast disease,showing a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The expression of BAG-1 and VEGF had no correlation to histological types,clinical stage,extrogen receptor and progestagen receptor(P>0.05),but was correlated to axillary lympy nodes metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion BAG-1 and VEGF may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of breast carcinoma.The expression of BAG-1 and VEGF can be used as an indicator for the determination of the biological behavior of breast carcinoma.
