精神分裂症患者血液流变学的研究

目的　探讨精神分裂症与血液流变学的关系。方法　对 6 5例精神分裂症患者在抗精神药物治疗前、治疗 8周后分别作血液流变学检测及 PANSS量表评定。对精神分裂症血液流变学各项指标、PANSS评分作治疗前后自身对照。结果　精神分裂症患者血液流变学 ,在抗精神病药物治疗前血浆粘度、血沉、血沉方程 K值、红细胞变形指数明显高于正常值、而红细胞电泳时间低于正常标准。经抗精神病药物治疗后 ,血液流变学的各项指标前后对照无明显差异。结论　血液流变学对精神分裂症的诊断、治疗及预后估计无辅助参考价值

Schizophrenia and Hemorheology

Objective To study the relationship between schizophrenia and hemorheological change.Method Blood was assayed for hemorheological indexes and PANSS were used to evaluate the efficacy before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment of 65 patients with schizophrenia.Hemorheology and PANSS were compared before and after treatment.Results The patients had higher plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,K cost and hematocrit than normal controls,but they had lower red cell electrophoresis.After treatment,there were not significant differences in hemorheological indexes.Conclusion Hemorheology may have no assisant value of reference in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis with schizophrenia.
