| 摘 要： | 目的探索行为干预对瘙痒症患者瘙痒及其生活质量的影响。方法采用问卷调查的研究方法,评价210名瘙痒症患者行为干预前后瘙痒评分及生活质量评分状况。结果瘙痒症患者行为干预后瘙痒评分从6.66下降至2.46;生活质量评分从11.7下降至3.8,均有明显改善(P<0.001),且生活质量的各个方面均有明显改善(P<0.001)。结论行为干预能明显改善瘙痒症患者的瘙痒症状和生活质量,为安全有效地方法管理瘙痒症,提高患者的生活质量提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of behavioral intervention on itch and quality of life of pruritus patients.Methods Through cross-sectional investigation,questionnaire about score of itch and quality of life on 210 pruritus patients before and after behavioral intervention.Results Score of itch fell from 6.66 to 2.46;and score of quality of life fell from 11.7 to 3.8.There was significance difference between these two groups(P<0.001).All aspects of quality of life were improved obviously(P<0.001).Conclusion behavioral intervention improved itch and quality of life of pruritus patients and provide the basis for safe and effective methods to manage pruritus patients. |
