| 摘 要： | 目的比较A型肉毒毒素(botulinum toxin A,BTXA)眼外肌注射和手术两种方法治疗后天共同性内斜视的近期疗效。方法将40名患者分为2组,分别接受BTXA眼外肌注射和常规手术治疗。治疗后3个月比较两组患者视远眼位。结果两组斜视度的减少量分别为44.25±20.08△和49.50±22.64△(t检验P=0.495),平均视远斜视度变化百分比分别为90%和94%(P=0.268),眼位正位率分别为70%和90%(确切概率法P=0.332)。三组数据均无统计学差异。结论眼外肌注射BTXA治疗共同性内斜视患者有一定疗效,早期效果与手术相近。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effectiveness of the two treatment between the botulinum toxin A (BTXA) ocular injection and surgery in treating patients with acquired concomitant esotropia. Methods 40 patients diagnosed with acquired concomitant esotropia were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 included 20 patients receiving extraocular muscle injection of BTXA.
