基于中西医临床病证特点的哮喘动物模型分析

基于哮喘的中西医临床病证特点,参考临床诊断标准,对现有哮喘动物模型与临床病证的吻合情况进行分析,提出哮喘动物模型评价标准,为哮喘动物模型的建立提供相应的方法建议。本文通过列出中、西医哮喘的临床表现和诊断标准,将现有的中、西医动物模型与之对应并对病证的符合程度进行分级,结果发现西医哮喘动物模型种类较多但只是单纯复刻哮喘某一阶段发病的表象,其中吻合度较高的动物模型为过敏性哮喘动物模型,模型临床表现符合度为95%,吻合度一般的动物模型为感染性哮喘模型、肥胖哮喘模型等,模型临床表现符合度为85%;中医哮喘动物模型是建立过敏性哮喘的基础上,结合病因病机,辨证建立模型,其中吻合度较高的动物模型有冷哮证、热哮证、脾虚证等,与中医临床诊断标准的吻合度为95%,但现有的模型分型还不能完全对应诊断标准中的的分型。因此建立同时体现哮喘中西医临床病证特点的动物模型,完善哮喘病证结合动物模型评价标准,是哮喘中医药未来研究的主要任务。

Analysis of Asthma Animal Model Based on Clinical Characteristics of Chinese Traditional Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

Objective:Based on clinical characteristics of asthma in Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine,the existing animal models of asthma and clinical symptoms were analyzed according to the clinical diagnostic criteria,and the evaluation criteria of asthma animal models were put forward to provide corresponding suggestions and methods for the establishment of animal models.In this article,clinical manifestations and diagnostic criteria of asthma in Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine were listed,coincidence degree of existing asthma animal models and its corresponding symptoms were classified.The results showed that there were a wide variety of asthma animal models in western medicine,but they were simply replicated in some stage of the pathogenesis.Animal models with large similarities was the allergic asthma model,the clinical manifestation conforms to the degree of 95%.Infectious asthma and obesity asthma animal models showed lower fitness,which had clinical manifestation conformity degree of 85%.Asthma animal model of TCM is established on the basis of allergic asthma and combined with the etiology and pathogenesis.Animal models with large similarities were Lengxiao model,Rexiao model and Pixu model,etc.with clinical manifestation conformity degree of 95%,but the existing model classification is not completely corresponding to the diagnostic criteria.Therefore,it is the main task of the future TCM research of asthma to establish animal models that reflect the characteristics of clinical syndromes of asthma in Chinese and western medicine,and to improve the evaluation standard of asthma syndrome combined with animal models.
