| 摘 要： | 目的 评价超声引导自动肾活检的临床应用价值。方法 对 2 5 6例原发性或继发性肾脏疾病患者于超声引导下进行自动肾活检分析。结果 肾活检成功率为 92 .96% ,获得肾组织长度为 12 .5 0± 4.5 0mm ,肾小球数目为 8.5 5± 5 .79个。并发症为肉眼血尿 (3 .13 % )、肾周血肿 (4 .3 0 % ) ,严重出血 (0 .3 9% ) ;不良反应发生率极低 (5 .0 9% )。结论 超声引导自动肾组织活检是一种理想、安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of automated renal biopsy guided by doppler ultrasound. Methods The data from 256 patients with primary or secondary kidney disease undergone automated renal biopsy guided by ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Results The successive rate of renal biopsy was 92.96%, the kidney tissue length was 12.50±4.50mm, glomerulus number 8.55±5.79. The complication was macroscopic hematuria(3.13%); perirenal hematoma (4.30%), severe hemorrhage (0.39%); and slight incidence of side effect was found (5.09%). Conclusion The automated renal biopsy guided by ultrasound is a safe and effective way. |
