中医药治疗慢性前列腺炎临床研究

目的]探讨采用中药内服治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法]选择我院泌尿外科门诊慢性前列腺炎患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例,治疗组采用自拟中药前列消汤治疗,对照组采用口服抗菌素、消炎痛片等西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果]疗程结束后,治疗组痊愈12例,显效15例,有效10例,总有效率为92.5%。对照组痊愈4例,显效8例,有效17例,总有效率为72.5%;两组疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论]中药内服治疗慢性前列腺炎具有较好的效果。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Research on Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective] To explore the use of traditional Chinese medicine Oral efficacy of the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Results ] After treatment, the treat- ment group healed in 12 cases, effective in 15 cases, effective in 10 cases, total effective rate was 92.5%. the control group healed in 4 cases, effective in 8 cases, effective in 17 cases, total effective rate was 72.5%. efficacy difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] The oral administration of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic prostatitis with good results.
