| 摘 要： | 目的 研究氟康唑综合治疗外伤所致真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法 对38例真菌性角膜溃疡应用氟康唑、角膜碘酊烧灼、口服消炎痛等药物，观察综合用药的疗效。结果 30例在10～40天内愈合，6例好转，视力均有明显提高。2例未愈。结论 应用氟康唑综合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of fluconazole on fungal keratitis after eye injury. Methods 38 patintes with fungal keratitis were given fluconazole eye drops, corneal burning with iodine and oral use of indomethacin. Then the effects of these drugs were observed . Results 30 patients were cured after 10-40 days of treatment and 6 patients improved. The visual acuity of them were much better than that before treatment. 2 case resulted in corneal perforation. Conclusion The effect of the combined use of fluconazole on fungal keratitis is remarkable . |
