深圳市公务员高血压患病率及其变化趋势

目的　分析深圳市公务员 5年来血压及高血压的变化趋势 ,为综合防治高血压病提供依据。方法　回顾性分析 1998～ 2 0 0 2年深圳市公务员体检的血压资料 ,按照 1999年中国高血压防治指南的新标准分类 ,分析 5年间男女理想血压、正常血压、正常高值和轻、中、重度高血压的构成比及其变化趋势。结果　 1998～ 2 0 0 2年深圳市公务员男女高血压患病率分别为 10 12 % / 8 6 4 %、10 0 8% / 7 4 9%、12 5 4 % / 9 36 %、13 5 2 % / 8 6 5 %、14 37% / 8 90 % ,男性 2 0 0 2年比 1998年增长了近 4 0 % (P <0 0 1) ,女性无明显变化 ,男性高血压患病率及增长趋势均高于女性。结论　深圳市男性公务员高血压尤其是轻中度高血压和ISH患病率增长较快 ,必须采取积极措施加以干预

The trend of hypertension in the past five years among the civil servants in Shenzhen

Objective To analysis the blood pressure trend in the past five years among the civil servants in Shenzhen in order to seek the preventive methods.Methods According to the new criteria definitions and classification of Chinese guidelines for the management of hypertension,the trends of blood pressure and hypertension were analysed in the past five years.Results The prevalence of hypertension from 1998～2002 among the civil servants in men and women were 10.12% to 8.64%,10.08% to 7.49%,12.54% to 9.36%,13.52% to 8.65%,and 14.37% to 8.90% respectively,which had increased by 40% in men,mainly the prevalence of mild hypertension and isolated systolic hypertension(ISH),men have the higher prevalence of hypertension than women.Conclusion The prevalence of mild and isolated systolic hypertension among civil servants in Shenzhen have increased significantly in the past five years,so something must be take to arrest this trends.
