免疫抑制剂的研究新进展

摘    要:目前临床上使用的免疫抑制剂存在多种不良反应,而鞘氨醇-1-磷酸(S1P)、淋巴细胞特异性酪氨酸蛋白激酶(Lck)、Janus激酶3(JAK3)和哺乳类动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)等新的免疫抑制作用靶点的出现为开发活性高、副作用小的新型免疫抑制剂提供了新途径。综述S1P受体激动剂以及Lck、JAK3和mTOR抑制剂等4类免疫抑制剂的最新研究进展,探讨其衍生物的构效关系。

Abstract:The advances in research of some novel immunodepressants,including sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P) agonist,inhibitors of lymphocyte specific protein tyrosine kinase (Lck),Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) was reviewed,and their structure-activity relationship was investigated.The development of novel immunodepressants with a higher activity and less side effects which targeted on S1P1,Lck,JAK3 and mTOR have provided a hopeful settlement for the issues of adverse reaction exsiting w...
