上皮样肉瘤6例诊治分析

目的 探讨上皮样肉瘤的诊断、治疗方法及预后因素.方法 通过对6例的治疗体会和国内外文献的复习,进行总结分析.结果 3例术后复发;3例发生淋巴结转移;3例发生远处转移.中位生存期21月,1、2、5年生存率分别为66.7%、33.3%、16.7%,最终死亡率为100%.结论 上皮样肉瘤临床罕见,确诊依靠病理学检查,局部广泛切除加辅助性放疗及化疗为主要治疗方法,性别、病程长短、肿瘤大小及部位、术式等因素均影响预后.

Diagnosis and Treatment of the Epithelioid Sarcoma: Analysis of 6 Cases

Objective To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of epithelioid sarcoma. Methods Data of the 6 patients with epithelioid sarcoma treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and related publications were extensively reviewed. Results Of the 6 patients, There were 3 local recurrence 3 regional lymphatic metastasis and 3 distant metastasis. The median survival duration was 21 months. The 1-,2- and 5-years survival rates were 66.7% ,33.3% and 16.7 % ,respectively. All patients died of the disease during the follow-up periods. Conclusion Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare disease. The definite diagnosis depends mainly on the pathologic examination. The main treatment includes wide local excision of the tumor combined with post-operative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Gender, clinical duration before the treatment, tumor size, location and surgery methods can influence the prognosis.
