| 摘 要： | 目的探讨窦性心率震荡(HRT)检测对肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者预后评判的临床意义。方法40例肥厚型心肌病患者组(HCM组)和无器质性心脏病的健康人群组(对照组)两组,均接受24h动态心电图检查,分别计算HRT的震荡初始(TO)值及震荡斜率(TS),比较两组患者TO及TS的平均值。结果HCM组的TO及TS值与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肥厚型心肌病患者窦性心率震荡指标检测无异常,不能预测其临床预后。 |
