生地对广防己减毒作用最佳配伍比例的研究

摘    要:目的通过测定生地对广防己中马兜铃酸A含量的影响,初步研究生地对广防己减毒作用的最佳配伍比例。方法广防己与生地配伍以95%的乙醇超声提取后,用反相高效液相色谱法测定马兜铃酸A的含量,并观察含量的变化情况。结果加入不同配比的生地后,广防己中马兜铃酸A的含量均降低,其中以广防己∶生地=2∶1的比例最为明显。结论生地可降低广防己中马兜铃酸A的含量,具有减毒作用,以广防己∶生地=2∶1为最佳配伍比例。

Abstract:Objective To study initially the best comparability ratio of Radix Rehmanniae with Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi for attenuation of toxicity through determination of the content of aristolochia acid A in Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi.Methods Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi is combined with Radix Rehmanniae and extracted ultrasonically with 95% ethanol.RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of aristolochhia acid A and observe its changes.Results With Radix Rehmanniae of different ratios modified,the content of aristolochia acid A in Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi was all reduced, which was the most apparent at the ratio of 2:1 between Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi and Radix Rehmanniae. Conclusion Radix Rehmanniae reduces the content of aristolochia acid A in Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi and presents its attenuation. The ratio 2:1 is the best comparability of Radix Rehmanniae with Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi for attenuation of toxicity.
