瞬态诱发性耳声发射与自动听性脑干反应联合应用对新生儿听力筛查的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨瞬态诱发性耳声发射(transient evoked otoacoustic emission,TEOAE)和自动听性脑干反应(auto-mated auditory brainstem response,AABR)联合应用在新生儿听力筛查中的意义。方法对攀枝花学院附属医院出生3~5天的2869例(5738耳)新生儿给予TEOAE进行初筛,未通过者在出生后42天联合应用TEOAE和AABR复筛。结果在新生儿听力初筛中,共有311例新生儿(10.84%)未通过,复筛中28例(14.34%)未通过。结论 TEOAE与AABR联合测试技术可以广泛运用于新生儿听力筛查,可对听力障碍儿童早发现、早干预,有利于提高新生儿语言和认知能力。

Abstract:Objective This paper was to investigate transient evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE) combined with automatic auditory brainstem response(AABR) in newborn hearing screening.Methods Preliminary screening was carried out in 2869 newborns(5738 ears) in 3 to 5 days after birth in our hospital by TEOAE.Those who did not pass the preliminary screening received rescreening by TEOAE and AABR 42 days after birth.Results A total of 311 newborns(10.84%) did not pass preliminary screening.In rescreening,there were still 28 newborns(0.97%) not pass.Conclusion It is suggested to use TEOAE combined with AABR in newborn hearing screening.The two methods cooperate with each other,which is conducive to early detectin and intervention of the hearing-impaired children.
