自拟白术汤合促肝细胞生长素治疗肝硬化低蛋白血症

目的：观察自拟白术汤联合促肝细胞生长素对肝硬化低蛋白血症的临床疗效。方法：肝硬化低蛋白血症患者103例，随机分治疗组52例，对照组51例。对照组采用一般治疗和促肝细胞生长素治疗；治疗组加用自拟白术汤治疗。疗程30天。观察治疗15、30天，治疗结束30、60天临床症状、血清白蛋白变化情况。结果：治疗组患者血清白蛋白含量明显上升，治疗15天时血清白蛋白含量治疗组与对照组比较，差异无显著性意义，P〉0．05；治疗30天，治疗结束30、60天时治疗组与对照组比较，差异有显著性意义，P〈0．05。结论：自拟白术汤联合促肝细胞生长素能更有效地提高肝硬化低蛋白血症患者的血清白蛋白含量，中远期疗效更持久。

Treating Liver Cirrhosis with Hypoproteinemia by Baishu Decoction Combined with Hepatocyte Growth Hormone

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of self-made Baishu decoction combined with hepatocyte growth hormone in treating liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia. Methods ： 103 cases of liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia were randomly divided into the treatment group （52 cases） and the contrast group （group）. The contrast group was treated by the normal medicine and hepatocyte growth hormone. The treatment group was added by self-made Baishu decoction. The period of the therapy was 30 days. The clinical symptom and the variation of albumin in blood serum were examined at the 15^th and 30^th day after therapy began, and 30^th and 60^th day after therapy finished. Results：The albumin content in the treatment group was significantly improved. At the 15^th day after therapy, the difference of the albumin content in the treatment group and the contrast group was not obvious （ P 〉 0.05 ）. At the 30^th day after therapy began and the 30^th and 60^th day after therapy finished, the difference of the albumin content in the treatment group and the contrast group was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Self-made Baishu decoction combined with hepatocyte growth hormone can improve the albumin content of liver cirrhosis with hvpoproteinemia effectively and have a longer curative effect.
