手术室护士职业压力因素分析与对策

目的：了解手术室护士工作中的主要压力源及心理健康状况，并探讨减轻手术室护士职业压力的对策。方法：采用问卷调查法对90名手术室工作的护士进行调查。结果：手术室护士工作压力源按其严重程度依次为工作负荷、管理因素、角色压力、复杂的人际关系，不良的工作环境，护士自身因素。心理健康状况以躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、强迫因子为主。结论：手术室护士存在的职业压力及心理健康状况不容忽视，建议从合理调整护士工作强度，加强沟通，提高管理者的管理水平，建立必要的支持系统，明确工作职责，改善工作环境，提高护士的自身素质及心理调适能力，为护士创造继续教育的条件，加强法律知识学习等方面来减轻护士职业压力及改善身心健康状况。

Analysis the factors of nurse's professional pressure in operating room ans its countermeasures.

Objective：To find out the cause of pressure mental healthy condition of nurse in operation room,to probe into the measures that should be taken to alleviate their professional pressure. Methods： 90 surgery nurses were investigated by questionnaire. Results： The cause of professional pressure on surgery nurses included：work loads, management factors,complicated interpersonal relationship, bad working environment, the personality of the nurses. The symptom of the pressure is mainly reflected on the physicalization, anxiety, depression and high points of eompulsian factors. Conclusion： The professional pressure and the mental healthy condition should not be neglected. It was suggested that we should alleviate nurses＇ professional pressure to keep their mental heath by properly adjusting the working intention in their jobs, promoting mutual communication, setting up relatively supportive systems, clarifying working responsibility, improving the management standard, providing conditions for further study, enhancing their learning of laws and regulations and so on.
