| 摘 要： | 根据中医经络理论导出的经络穴位经皮给药系统具有经穴效应及药物效应双重治疗特性。分析了其机理,认为与经穴的外敏性、中药的生物活性与经穴的放大效应,以及局部皮肤的超微结构的变化等三方面因素有关,并预测这种给药方式在临床治疗肿瘤及其他慢性病方面有着广阔前景。

| Abstract: | The medical offering system through skin acupomts.which come from the meridian channel theory of TCM, includes the two characteristics of acupoints affection and medical affection. The author considers that the mechanism is associated with three factors,the one in the character of outer sensitivity of acupoints.the other is biological activated character of traditional Chinese herb and enlarging affection of acupoints,and the last is the variation of ultrastructure of local skin. The author also predicts that the special medicine offering system will be quite useful in treating tumor and other chronic diseases. |
