| 摘 要： | 目的：评价弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging，DWI)在急性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法：对105例急性脑梗死患者的DWI图像及SET1W1、FSET1WI图像进行比较分析。结果及结论：DWI图像比常规T2WI图像对诊断急性脑梗死有较高的敏感性及特异性，能发现常规T2WI像不能发现的超早期脑梗死，并有助于多次脑梗患者急性责任病灶的检出，DWI图像在诊断急性脑梗死具有十分重要的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of diffusion-weighting imaging (DWI) in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The DWI features in 105 patients with acute carebral infarction were analyzed and compared with that of SE T_1 WI,FSE T_2WI.Results and conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity of DWI were higher than that of routine T_2WI imaging in dliagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.DWI could detect infaction in early stage and acute disorders.It is valuable diagnosis in of acute cerebral infarction. |
