浅析第三部门与社会医疗保险监督

社会医疗保险监督是我国社会医疗保险管理过程中的一个重要环节，而作为监督主体之一的“第三部门”，对医保监督发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。在我国，第三部门还处于起步阶段，存在着监督缺乏独立性、制度化水平比较低和缺乏多元化整合等问题。从这个现状出发，提出相关的建议和举措，来加强“第三部门”在社会医疗保险监督中的积极作用。

Social medical insurance supervision is a key of the process of social medical insurance management. As the ＂third party＂ of the monitoring system, it play an important role to the medical insurance monitoring. In China the third party located at the beginning stage, lack of its independence, multiplex integration and lower systemization. It had proposed some sugestions for strengthening the role of third party.
