| 摘 要： | 目的观察扶正愈瘿合剂配合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎并甲状腺功能减退证属脾’肾阳虚、痰瘀互结型的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为2组，治疗组（60例）予以扶正愈瘿合剂配合左甲状腺素钠片治疗，对照组（60例）予以左甲状腺素钠片治疗。观察治疗前后2组临床症状体征、甲状腺激素、血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TG—Ab）和甲状腺过氧化酶抗体（TPO-Ab）水平、甲状腺体积、峡部厚度的变化。结果治疗组在改善症状和体征方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；在改善甲状腺激素、血清TG—Ab和TPO—Ab水平、甲状腺体积、峡部厚度方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论扶正愈瘿合剂配合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎并甲状腺功能减退疗效可靠。
