摘    要:目的探讨乳香挥发油成分提取方法,确定最佳提取工艺。方法以乙酸辛脂含量为指标,采用L3(3^4)正交试验进行提取工艺的全面优选。结果确定乳香挥发油提取方法为CO2超临界萃取法。最佳工艺为:萃取压力25MPa,温度55℃,萃取时间3h。结论该工艺成本低,时间短,提取效率高,适合乳香挥发油工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction condition of the aetherolea in boswellin. Methods The extraction conditions were studied with orthogonal test L9(34) and comparison test, with the content of n-octyl acetate of the aetherolea determined by HPLC as index. Results Supercritical fluid extraction was the best method. The extraction conditions were 25 MPa in pressure, at 55℃, for 3 h. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is low-cost, timesaving and efficient, and it is suitable for the inductrial production.
