| 摘 要： | 目的优选小儿上感合剂的提取工艺。方法以处方中君药金银花所含有效成分绿原酸为考察指标，用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定，采用正交试验法对提取工艺进行优选。结果小儿上感合剂的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水，煎煮3次，每次1．0h。结论该优化工艺稳定、可行，为制剂的生产提供了试验依据。
