| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨牙外科正畸术在矫治成年人牙He畸形中的临床价值。方法 对812例牙源性错He畸形患者，采用牙外科正畸术矫治。结果 术后3月、6月、1月的观察，总有效率90％，手术适应症选择及术者操作的熟练程度，决定了手术的成败。结论 牙外科正畸术对成年人牙He畸形的矫治具有临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To elaluate the clinical walue of dental surgery orthodontics in correction and therapy of adults, maxillofacial malformation.Methods 812 cases of maxillofacial malformation were treated with dental surgery orthodontics.Results The total effectve rates of the trdatment.after operation 3 months 6 month or 1 yeas was90%,Indication selection and skillfulness are important.Conclusion Dental surgery orthodontics in correction and therapy of adults, maxillofacial malformation can achieve good clinical practical value. |
