| 摘 要： | 使用手性柱Crownpak CR( )的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对11种伯胺类药物进行拆分，结果有10种药物被手性分离。实验结果表明：柱温下降，洗脱时间增大，分离度Rs值明显提高，而甲醇浓度增大，分离度有所减小。

| Abstract: | Enantiomer separation of eleven drugs having a primary amino group was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with a chiral Crownpak CR(+)column.Ten out of 11 enantiomers tested were separated by HPLC with Crownpak CR(+).By decreasing the column temperature the elution of the analytes was delayed and enantioselectivity(resolution)was improved,but by increasing the methanol content,the elution of the analytes became more rapid,and the enantioselectivity was decreased. |
