摘    要:目的探讨谷氨酰胺对大鼠创伤性脑损伤后肠黏膜屏障的影响。方法54只雄性Wistar成年大鼠分为对照组(N组,6只)、脑损伤组(T组,24只)及脑损伤后谷氨酰胺治疗组(G组,24只),T和G组按脑损伤后检测时间分为1、3、5.7d组,6只/组,应用组织病理和电镜观察肠黏膜结构的变化,并测定血浆内毒素水平,来评价肠黏膜屏障功能。结果谷氨酰胺能减轻创伤性脑损伤后肠黏膜的病理损害,使血浆内毒素水平降低。结论谷氨酰胺对创伤性脑损伤后肠黏膜屏障损害有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of glutamine on intestinal barrier function after traumatic brain injury in rats. Method Fifty four adult male Wistar rats were random divided into three groups, normal group (6 cases), TBI group (24 cases) and Gin intervention group (24 cases). According the testing time after TBI, T group and G group was equally divided into 1d, 3d, 5d, 7d subgroup respectively. The intestinal mucosa structure was detected by histopathological examination and electron microscopy. Intestinal mucosa barrier function was evaluated by blood plasma endotoxin. Result Glutamine could lessen the pathological lesion of gut mucosa and decrease blood plasma endotoxin after traumatic brain injury. Conclusion Glutamine could protect intestinal mucosa barrier dysfunction after traumatic brain injury to some extent.
