摘    要:关于联合用药治疗心律失常,目前报道甚少,对此问题深入地进行基础理论或临床治疗学的研究,具有实际意义。已知苯妥英钠(DPH)为治疗洋地黄心律失常的有效药物。近年来亦发现前列腺素E(PGE)有抗哇巴因心律失常的作用,但其机制待深入探讨。一般认为洋地黄心律失常与交感神经活动增强有关,并发现洋地黄致心律失常时心肌儿茶酚胺含量

Abstract:Effects of diphenylhydantoin (DPH), PGE2 and their combination on ouabain-induced arrhythmias were studied in anaesthetized guinea-pigs. The results showed that DPH (40 mg/kg iv), PGE2 (0.72 μg/min) and DPH (20 mg/kg) plus PGE2 (0.36 μg/min) decreased the incidence of ventricular fibrillation, but the protective action of co-administration of DPH with PGE2 against ouabain-induced ventricular tachycardia was more marked than that of DPH or PGE2 administered individually. The noradrenaline (NA) content of ventricular myocardium in animals was determined by means of fluorophotometry. The present study indicates that the antiarrhythmic action of DPH and PGE2 may be related to inhibition of the myocardial NA release bv ouabain.
