中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各60例。对照组患者予以奥扎格雷钠、低分子肝素与降纤酶等药物西医综合治疗;治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用中药方剂补阳还五汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组患者总有效率为85.0%,治疗组为91.7%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合方法治疗急性脑梗死,临床疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

0bservation of Clinical Efficacy on Acute Cerebral Infarction Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on acute cerebral infarction treated with integrative Chinese and western medicine.Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each one.In control group,comprehensive therapy of western medicine was used,such as sodium ozagrel,low-molecular-weight heparin and defibrase were administered.In treatment group,except the treatment as control group,Buyang Huanwu Tang was supplemented.It was to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate was 85.0% in control group and 91.7% in treatment group,indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine achieves significant clinical efficacy on acute cerebral infarction.It relieves clinical symptoms apparently and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
