铜绿假单孢菌药物敏感性探讨

目的：调查1999年7月至2000年6月本院铜绿假单孢菌感染患者铜绿假单孢菌对常用抗生素的敏感性。方法：采用美国Oade Microscan Autoscan-4自动分析系统进行菌株鉴定及药物敏感性测试。结果：分离出88株铜绿假单孢菌，88株铜绿假单孢菌临床分离株药物敏感性（包括敏感和中敏）依次为亚胺培南81.6%，阿米卡星81.0%，妥布霉素71.3%，环丙沙星69.4% ,庆大霉素63.2%，头孢匹姆45.2%，头孢噻肟35.7%，氨曲南23.9%，头孢曲松22%，复达欣13.3%，派拉西林3.4%，头孢西丁2.7%，头孢唑啉1.1%，氨苄青霉素1.1%。结论：铜绿假单孢菌仅对碳青霉烯类（亚胺培南）、氨基糖甙类，氟喹诺酮类（环丙沙星）、四代头孢保持较高敏感性。

Survey of Drug Susceptibility of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Objective: To investigate the susceptibility of pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA), isolated clinically from our hospital from July 1999 to June 2000, to commonly used antibiotics. Methods: Identification of strain and detection of drug susceptibility were performed by Oade Microscan Autoscan-4. Results: 88 isolates of PA were identified. Drug susceptibility of them were imipenem 81.6%, amikacin 81.6%, tobramicin 71.3%, ciproflozacin 69.4%, gentamicin 63.2%, cefopime 45.2%, aztrenam 23.9%, piperacillin 3.4%, ceftazidime 13.3%, ceftriazon 22.0%, cefotazime 35.7%, cefoxitin 2.7%, cefozolin 1.1%, ampicillin 1.1%, respectively. Conclusion: PA has higher susceptible only to carbonpenems (imipenem), aminoglycosides, fluroquinolones (ciprofloxacin) and generation-four cepholosprins (cefopime).
