直肠癌全系膜切除术后吻合口瘘危险因素的研究进展

手术是治疗直肠癌的主要方法,随着直肠癌全系膜切除保肛手术实施的增多,吻合口瘘作为直肠癌术后的主要并发症也受到临床工作者的重视。随着研究的深入,引起吻合口瘘的各种因素也渐被提出,但目前对诱发术后吻合瘘的危险因素仍缺少统一规范,为临床预防吻合瘘带来困难,因此,了解其危险因素对临床预防吻合口瘘有重要的作用,也为必要时行预防性造瘘提供依据。

Analysis of Risk Factors for Anastomotic Failure after Total Mesorectal Excision of Rectal Cancer

Operation is the main therapy for rectal cancer currently.With the addition of the total mesorectal excision of rectal cancer(TME)and anus saving operation,anastomotic leakage,which is the main complication of anus-reserved operations,is attracting more and more attentions of clinical researchers.As the study goes ahead,a variety of factors have gradually been found for anastomotic leakage.but currently it is still a lack of unified and standardized about the risk factors for postoperative anastomotic,which make it difficult for the clinical prevention of anastomosis fistula.Therefore,understanding of the risk factors for prevention of clinical anastomotic leakage plays an important role,and provides a rule for preventive ostomy when necessary.
