山区县实施DOTS策略的疗效与安全性分析

目的：评价山区农村在全面实施DOTS策略下肺结核病人的治疗效果和用药安全性。方法：分析2002-2006年6月所有肺结核病人的治疗转归和服药副反应发生情况。结果：342例肺结核病人按照卫生部结核病控制规定方案治疗后．2个月阴转率98．01％．疗程结束时病人治愈率96．78％。病人用药后出现不良反应的有146例，发生率为42．69％．胃肠道副反应发生率最高．为19．0％，但经对症治疗可以继续抗痨治疗无需停药。病人不论是否有其它疾病史其副反应发生率差异无显著性意义。结论：山区农村在实施结核病控制DOTS策略下，及时处理用药不良反应，治疗肺结核病人取得了很好的效果。

DOTS strategy of tuberculosis control project: efficacy and security in treatment

Objective To appraise efficacy and security of treating pulmonary tuberculosis under TB control project in a mountainous area.Methods Treatment outcome and reaction of pulmonary tuberculosis data from June 2002 to June 2006 were analyzed.Results In 342 cases,the smear negative rate reached 98.01% 2 months after treatment.The curative rate was 96.78%.146 patients had reaction to drugs,accounting for 42.69%,yet anti-TB treatment was still able to continue.There was no significant difference in rate of side effects between patients with other diseases and those without.Conclusion With the implementation of DOTS strategy for tuberculosis control,adverse drug reactions have been handled timely,and the treatment of tuberculosis patients achieved good results.
