| 摘 要： | 目的 比较博乐欣与地西泮治疗焦虑症的疗效和副反应。方法 将58例符合CCMD－2－R诊断标准的焦虑症患，随机分为博乐欣组（29例），地西泮组（29例）共治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和副反应量表（TESS）评价疗效和副反应。结果 博乐欣与地西泮治疗焦虑症均有效，且两疗效相当，博乐欣副反应明显少于地西泮。结论 博乐欣是治疗焦虑症安全、有效的药物。

| Abstract: | To compare the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxive and cliazepamum on patients with anxiety neurosis. Methods Fifty eight patients met the criteria of CCMD - 2 - R for anxiety neu-rosis were assigned randomly to venlafaxine or diazepamum treatment for 6 weeks. Efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMA, SAS and TESS. Results Both drugs were similar efficient in treating anxiety neurosis. However venlafaxine had fewer side effects than diazepamum. Conclusions Venlafaxine is a safe and efficient drug in treating anxiety neurosis. |
