| 摘 要： | 目的：建立萌生丸的质量标准.方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的当归、川芎、牡丹皮进行定性鉴别 采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的阿魏酸进行含量测定.结果：在薄层色谱中能检出当归、川芎、牡丹皮等药材 阿魏酸的含量在0.041 2～0.329 6μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,加样回收率为99.0%,RSD=0.80%（n=6）.结论：该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,操作简便,可有效控制萌生丸的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quality standard for mengsheng pills. Method： Radix angelicae sinensis, Rhizoma chuanxion, Contex moutan in mengsheng pills were identified by TLC,the content of paeonol was determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. the linear rang of paeonol was 0. 041 2-0. 329 6 μg,r =0. 999 9,the average recovery was 99. 0%, with RSD = 0. 8% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is simple and repeatable, it can be used for quality control of mengsheng pills. |
