| 摘 要： | 目的了解引起中枢神经系统不良反应的药物及相关因素。方法收集两院上报的不良反应病例598例，筛选出中枢神经系统不良反应病例102例，用SPSS8．0进行分析。结果不良反应的发生与药物的剂量、给药途径、合并用药有关．老年人和儿童是易感人群。结论抗感染药物是引起中枢神经系统不良反应主要药物．其次是中枢神经系统药物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe drugs and related factors to cause ADRs of CNS.METHODS To select 102 cases with ADR of CNS from 598 cases reported from the People's hospital of QuZhou and the Second Afflied hospital of Zhejiang University, College of Medicine. SPSS 8.0 was used to analysis.RESULTS It indicates that there have relation between ADR of CNS with doses,administration route and combintion of drugs, especially for olders and children.CONCLUSION Anti-Infective is the major drugs to cause ADRs of CNS and the second is CNS drugs. |
