摘    要:目的探讨冰冻血小板保存温度波动与冰冻血小板不可逆聚集情况发生的相关性。方法对2006-2008年共1842袋冰冻血小板在保存期间不同温度波动范围与融化后发生血小板不可逆聚集的情况进行统计分析。结果冰冻血小板保存温度分别在-80-60℃和-80-50℃范围波动,冰冻血小板融化复苏后血小板不可逆聚集发生率分别为6.39%和31.21%,保存温度在-80-70℃范围波动的对照组血小板不可逆聚集发生率为2.25%,前两种保存温度与对照组比较,组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);保存温度在-80-50℃范围波动,手采和单采两种冰冻血小板融化复苏后,单采冰冻血小板不可逆聚集的发生率为72.97%,手采冰冻血小板不可逆聚集为18.33%,二者的发生率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=39.33,P〈0.01);保存温度在-80-60℃范围波动,单采与手采两种冰冻血小板比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.89,P〉0.05)。结论当冰冻血小板保存温度分别在-80-60℃和-80-50℃波动时,融化复苏后血小板不可逆聚集有较高的发生率,在-80-70℃范围波动时,血小板不可逆聚集发生率较低-80-70℃的温度范围可以作为目前采供血机构保存冰冻血小板选择温度条件的参考。
