| 摘 要： | 目的理清多家企业生产同品种中药品种的保护思路。方法通过对同品种保护存在的问题及《中药品种保护指导原则》中同品种保护相关条款进行分析,探讨同品种保护的管理方向。结果与结论《中药品种保护指导原则》的发布实施,基本解决了多家企业生产同品种的保护管理问题。
