硝苯吡啶对急进高原幼猪血流动力学的影响

摘    要:目的 了解硝苯吡啶对高原急性缺氧的治疗作用。方法利用右心导管法对急进高原现场急性缺氧幼猪应用NF前后各时相的血流动力学的变化情况进行现察。结果 急进高原现场幼猪应用硝苯吡啶后肺动脉压及肺血管阻力显著下降,心输出量显著升高(各时相点分别为P<0.05-0.001);而心率、肺动脉楔压、平均体动脉压变化无统计学意义。结论硝苯吡啶可明显降低急进高原现场幼猪的肺动脉压,提高心输出量,对急性缺氧有积极的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Nifedipine on a actue hypoxia little pigs in pleateau. Methods Using the right cardiac catheter, the values of bable of time of hemodymamics were observed in those actue hypoxia little pigs which were treated with NF. Results The Pulmonary Arterial Pressure (PAP), and Pulmonary Vasular Resistance (PVR) had markedly decreased, (every table of time, P<0.05~0.01), Cardiac Output(CO) had markedly increase in altitude actue hypoxia little pigs(P<0.05~0.01);Heart Rate(HR) .Pulmonary Arterial Wedge Pressure(PAWP) and medial Somatic Arterial Pressure(mSAP) had no change in statistic meaning. Conclusion NF can be available to decrease PAP and increase CO,in actue hypoxia little pigs and can be of benefit to the treatment of actue hypoxia.
