| 摘 要： | 目的：研究P16、P15蛋白在胃癌中的表达，探讨两者在胃癌发展中的作用。方法：采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶连接法（SP法），检测46件胃癌组织及69件转移淋巴结标本中P16、P15蛋白的表达。结果：P16表达与胃癌临床分期呈负相关。在胃癌及其转换淋巴结中P16和P15的表达呈正相关。结论：P16和P15蛋白的联合检测可作为临床上胃癌发生和转移预测的一个参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of P16 and P15 protein in gastric carcinoma and to explore the role of P16 and P15 in the development of gastric carcinoma.Method:The expression of P16 and P15 protein in 46 cases of gastric carcinoma and 69 metastatic lymph node were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Results:There is a negative reciprocity between expression of P16 and clinical stage of gastric carcinoma.There is a significant positive correlation between expression of P16 and that of P15 in gastric carcinoma and metastatic lymph node.Conclusions:The combinative detection of P16 and P15 protein may act as the reference mark of genesis of gastric carcinoma and lymph node metastasis. |
