氨吡酮治疗心脏手术后心衰患者的血液动力学影响

对施行心脏手术后低心排的２５名患者分为两组，分别静脉注射两种剂量的氨吡酮，观察该药对患者的血液动力学影响。结果表明５例显效、１９例有效、１例因血压下降而终止用药。用药后两组ＣＩ、ＣＯ均较用药前显著增加，在连续观察中，均能保持在已增高的水平上，且与剂量无明显相关。同时ＰＣＷＰ迅速下降，较用药前有显著差异。研究揭示氨吡酮可作为治疗心脏手术后低心排的首选药物。

The Hemodynamic Effects of Amrinone on patients with Heart Failure after Cardiac Operation

Twenty five patients with low cardiac output after cardiac operation were divided into two groups.Two different dosages of amrinone were used in the two groups respectiveely in order to study its hemodynamic effects.The results showed that amrinone was efficacious in 19 cases and significantly efficacions in 5 cases,and amrinone was given up in one case because of collapse of blood pressure.The CI and CO in two groups increased more significantly during treatment than that before treatment.Above parameters were kept stable to the end of observation and there were no correlation between dosage and efficacy.The PCWP decreased rapidly and markedly after using amrinone.This paper indicates that amrinone can be chosen as a first line drug to treal low cardiac output after cardiac operation.
