星级服务措施的做法及效果评价

摘    要:目的通过实施星级服务措施,提高护理服务质量。方法通过“五声”服务、入院病人“六个一”、病人“十知道”、提供便民服务等系列措施促进星级服务措施的实施,并采用问卷调查表评估星级服务措施的实施效果。结果实施星级服务措施前后,科室住院病人满意度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论星级服务措施的实施是较成功的护理服务,值得在临床护理工作中推广。

Abstract:Objective To assess the executive effectiveness of star-class nursing service. Methods We enhanced the execution of star-class nursing service by "five greetings", "six firsts at admission", "ten understandings of inpatients" and providence of convenient service. The effect of performance of the star-class nursing service was evaluated by self-designed questionnaire. Results The satisfaction rate was significantly different in comparison with pre-execution and post-execution of the service (P<0.01). Conclusion As a kind of successful nursing service, star-class service deserves popularization in clinical nursing.
