| 摘 要： | 肱骨远端关节面骨折在临床较少见，好发于儿童及青少年，因骨折本身的特点及其解剖特点，该部位骨折常被误诊或漏诊以致延误治疗。我院自2005年6月至2007年6月在广泛开展可吸收材料内固定同时，将可吸收钉内固定技术应用于各关节内骨折，特别是肘关节，取得一定疗效，现报告如下。
