摘    要:目的:探索用组织工程方法构建人工神经的可行性。方法:用鼠尾胶和层粘蛋白共同修饰的polyglytin 910纤维以及生物膜作为支架与成年兔雪旺细胞培养2周。观察细胞生长迁移情况。结果:雪旺细胞能在共聚物纤维上迁移包裹,均匀分布于支架之间及吸附在支架表面。雪旺细胞在生物膜上能吸附生长。结论:成年雪旺细胞可以在修饰后的polylytin910纤维和生物膜上得到扩增,二者共同形态的三维立体结构具有人工神经的基本特性。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the possibility of fabricating artificial nerves with tissue engineering methods.Method:The Schwann cells were cultured when they were seeded on polyglactin 910 scaffolds and biomembrane coating with rat tail glue and laminin together and respectively for 2 weeks.The observation of the scaffolds'adsorptivity to Schwann cells,the growth and migration of the Schwann cells were made.Result:The Schwann cells could migrate on the fibre and wrapped fibre up with circle.Schwann cell were well distributed.Schwann cell on biomembrane could also grow well.Conclusion:Adult SC can be expanded on the coated fibre and the biomembrane.Three dimension scaffolds with Schwann cell had the basic characteristics of the artificial nerve.
