狼疮性肾炎患者抗心磷脂抗体的检测及其临床意义

目的: 探讨狼疮性肾炎(LN)与血清抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)阳性之间的关系。方法: 用金标免疫斑点法检测190例有轻度和明显肾损害的LN患者及90名正常人血清ACA,对结果进行统计学分析。结果: LN患者ACA阳性率(81.6%)均明显高于正常对照组(1.1%),肾损害明显的LN患者ACA阳性率(92.0%)亦明显高于肾损害轻者(70.0%)(P<0.01)。结论: 血清A CA检测为LN的临床诊断提供了实验依据,并可作为监测LN患者病情变化的一项指标,对于指导LN的临床治疗具有一定的参考价值。

The anticardiolipin antibodies test in patients with lupus nephritis and its clinical significance

Objective:To explore the relationship between lupus nephritis(LN) and the anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA).Methods:The ACA in 190 patients with light or severe damage in the kidney and 90 healthy volunteers was detected and compared.Results:The ACA positive rate in patients with LN was higher(81.6%) than that in the healthy controls(1.1%).The ACA positive rate in the patients with severe damage in the kidney was higher(92.0%) than that in the patients with light damage in the kidney(70.0%)( P <0.01).The difference was significant( P <0.01).Conclusions:The examination of ACA provides an important clue to clinical diagnosis of LN.ACA is an index in supervising the state of LN patients.It is of some value for clinical treatment of LN.
