外伤性脾破裂保脾治疗32例临床分析

目的:探讨保脾治疗在外伤性脾破裂中的应用.方法:采用保脾疗法治疗外伤性脾破裂患者32例.结果:10例行非手术治疗;22例行保脾手术治疗,其中16例行缝合修补术,4例行脾部分切除术,2例行脾切除加自体脾片移植术.32例均治愈,随访无并发症发生.结论:只要符合保脾条件,非手术治疗和保脾手术治疗外伤性脾破裂是可行的,年龄越小越倾向于保脾治疗.

Clinical Analysis on 32 Cases Received Splenic Traumatic Rupture Received Treatment of Preserving Spleens

Objective:To explore application of preserving spleen in the treatment of splenic traumatic rupture.Methods:32 cases of splenic traumatic rupture were treated by preserving spleens.Results:10 cases accept nonoperative management,22 patients received operations of preserving spleens.Among the latter,16 cases were given suturation neoplasty,4 partial excision of spleen,2 splenectomy and autos splenic slices transplantation.All 32 cases were healing well,no complication was observed during follow-up period.Conclusions:As long as the indication of preserving spleens is existed,adopting nonoperative management and operation of preserving spleen to treat traumatic spleen rupture is feasible,especially to young patients.
