| 摘 要： | 慢性乙型肝炎是病机复杂、证候多变的疾病，常因患者体质不同、病变发展方向不同而出现不同证候，不同证候之间亦可相互转化，治疗上应在辨证论治的基础上，选择杭病毒、恢复肝功能、抗纤维化、调整免疫机能等药物，一种或几种方法联合应用，加强辨证辨病相结合，从而提高中药治疗本病的准确性和实验的可重复性。

| Abstract: | Chronic hepatitis B is a disease with complicated pathogeneses and changeable manifestations. Its syndrome patterns may vary with different constitutions of patients and different developmental tendencies of the disease, and the syndrome patterns may transform each other. Its treatment should accord with syndrome differentiation, anti - viral, liver - function restoring, autifibrotic and immunoreg-ulatory drugs may be applied individually or in combination. Syndrome differentiation and disease diagnosis should be integrated so as to increase the accuracy and reproducibility of TCM treatment. |
